Anyang Yuantong has developed a detailed operating system based on the working principle of concrete mixing plants.

1、 Operators must be familiar with the operating procedures of the concrete mixing plant and the functions of each knob button. The cost of the continuous batching machine must be determined through training and assessment before they can operate it;

2、 The operators of the mixing and drying machine manufacturer must be familiar with the main parameters, performance, and characteristics of the equipment they operate, and carefully follow the operating and maintenance procedures. Non professional operators are prohibited from operating the mixing plant machinery;

3、 The accuracy and reliability of the main switch, knob, button, indicator light, etc. on the operator should be checked;

4、 The operators of the concrete mixing plant should conduct the following checks before operation

1. No one or foreign objects are allowed in the storage area or below the lifting bucket.   

2. The connection of the mixing platform structure must ensure tightness and reliability, as well as the sensitivity and reliability of the limit device and brake.

3. The power and water sources should meet the requirements of the machine. The electrical control cabinet must be kept by a technically qualified full-time electrician, and other personnel are not allowed to open the electrical cabinet without authorization. Carefully inspect whether the electrical equipment meets the requirements.   

4. The installation of the steel wire rope for the lifting bucket must be correct, and the limit switch should be adjusted correctly, safely and reliably; The diameter of the steel wire rope should be replaced if it decreases by 10%.

5. The brake of the hopper motor must be sensitive to braking. The insurance sales of the lifting bucket must be reliable. If someone is working under the lifting bucket, be sure to lock the lifting bucket with a safety pin.   

6. The air compressor and gas supply system are operating normally without any abnormal noise or leakage, and the pressure should be maintained within the specified range.   

7. The weighing device must be used normally. The tension of the conveyor belt must be appropriate and must not deviate.

8. Clear signs must be set up in the operation area, storage area, and work area.

5、 After starting the mixing system, it should be idle first to check the mechanical operation. After confirming the normal operation of the mixing system, automatic circulation production can be carried out. It is strictly prohibited to stop or start with load;

6、 Operators must operate according to the prescribed procedures, and when the microcomputer malfunctions, it must be repaired by professional personnel;

7、 During homework, one should concentrate and pay attention to observing the feeding systems of various instruments, indicators, belt conveyors, and batching machines. If large stones or foreign objects are found, the power should be cut off in a timely manner and reported to relevant personnel;

8、 It is strictly prohibited to open the safety cover and mixing cover for inspection and lubrication during homework, and it is strictly forbidden to insert tools or sticks into the mixing drum for material scraping or cleaning. When lifting the hopper, it is strictly prohibited to work or walk underneath it;

9、 Non operating personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the production area during operation. Continuous batching machine agents must wear safety helmets for personnel working under the control panel;

10、 When the equipment operator receives a cleaning or maintenance notice, they should cut off the power supply of the equipment, lock the key switch of the mixer, continue to use the batching machine manufacturer, remove the key, lock the doors and windows of the operating room, and then notify the cleaning or maintenance personnel to carry out cleaning or maintenance;

11、 After homework, the power should be cut off, the operating room should be locked, and the key should be handed over to a designated person for safekeeping;

12、 When handing over the shift, it is necessary to clarify the current situation and make records.
