High degree of automation: The entire measurement and packaging process can be completed automatically, from material transportation, measurement to packaging, greatly reducing manual intervention, improving production efficiency, and saving labor costs.


High ingredient accuracy: By using high-precision measuring devices such as screw measuring devices, weighing sensors, etc., accurate material measurement can be achieved, and ingredient accuracy can usually reach a high level, such as ± 0.2% -1g.


Fast speed: It has a high packaging speed, for example, some spice packaging machines can reach a packaging speed of 40-80 packs/minute, and high-speed models can even reach 120 packs/minute, which can meet the needs of large-scale production.


Strong flexibility: measurement parameters, packaging specifications, and bag types can be flexibly adjusted according to different material characteristics and packaging requirements. It can adapt to various materials, such as powders, granules, liquids, etc., and is also compatible with multiple packaging forms such as three side sealing, four side sealing, and back sealing bags.


Environmental protection and safety design: In response to dust issues, sealed silos and dust removal and recovery systems are installed to prevent material leakage and environmental pollution. Components that come into contact with materials are often made of materials such as stainless steel 304 that meet food QS and pharmaceutical GMP standards, ensuring material hygiene.


System Composition

Material storage unit: composed of various storage hoppers, silos, etc., used to store large and small materials to be packaged. It usually has a large capacity, can store a large amount of materials, and can be loaded as needed.


Measurement unit: It is the core part of the system, which adopts different measurement methods for different material types and accuracy requirements. For powdered materials, screw type measuring devices are commonly used; For granular materials, multi head combination scales, vibrating meters, etc. can be used; For liquid materials, precise measurement is carried out using equipment such as liquid metering pumps.


Packaging unit: including packaging machine host, sealing device, coding device, cutting device, etc. It can automatically complete packaging processes such as bag making, filling, sealing, coding, cutting, and counting. Different packaging materials and bag types can be selected according to material and market demand, such as aluminum foil bags, PE composite film bags, etc.


Conveyor unit: responsible for transporting materials from the storage unit to the measuring unit, as well as transporting packaged products to the next process or finished product area. There are various conveying methods, such as belt conveying, screw conveying, pneumatic conveying, etc., which can be selected according to the characteristics of the material and the production environment.


Control system: Generally, a PLC control system combined with a touch screen operation interface is used to achieve functions such as parameter preset, real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis, and alarm for the entire measurement and packaging process. Operators can easily set parameters such as material measurement value, packaging speed, bag type, etc. through the touch screen, and the system can display the real-time operation status and related data of the equipment.
