During the production process of polishing machines, vibrations such as machine movement and object collision are called productive vibrations. The number of vibrations per unit time is called the vibration frequency, measured in Hz. 4、 Assuming that the active feeding system declares a greater dynamic than usual during the operation, and the polishing disc quietly shakes, it may be that the bearing is broken and needs to be replaced;

5、 When the turntable rotates abnormally and produces noise, it needs to be calibrated with a dial gauge.
