The centralized feeding system consists of many large and small devices. Therefore, generally speaking, the installation of centralized feeding systems requires planning and design of the entire workshop. The planning and design of the workshop to some extent affect the efficiency of the centralized feeding system. So, what should be noted when planning a centralized feeding system? Centralized feeding system


The feeding equipment of the centralized feeding system tank should be as close as possible to the injection molding machine, and the vacuum pumps of the central feeding and drying systems should be placed together and equipped with backup vacuum pumps.


2. The entire central feeding system. The design of the raw material conveying pipeline in the drying system should minimize the number of bends and the use of hoses, and avoid the vertical arrangement of the raw material conveying pipeline. There are usually two options for conveying raw materials from the drying tank to the injection molding machine in the central feeding system:


1. Each injection molding machine will lead a dedicated pipeline to the central drying system material selection station, and then select which drying tank to use.


2. Each drying tank is equipped with a shared pipeline, and the central feeding system reserves quick connectors and switches according to product needs.


3. Raw materials and recycled materials. There are generally two mixing methods for the ratio of raw materials: volumetric and weighing


1. The volume type adopts a proportional mixing valve, which switches proportionally according to time;


If more than two types of raw materials need to be mixed or accurate mixing ratios are required, it is recommended to use a weighing method.


There are many types of mixing ratios, which can be mixed before entering the drying tank, after entering the drying tank, or on a single injection molding machine. The ratio can be analyzed and selected according to the actual situation.
