Industrial automatic measurement and control system

Date:2025-04-24 Hits:62

Industrial automatic measurement system is a general term for the information processing and process control of measurement, manipulation, etc. in the production process according to the set target values without direct human intervention. Industrial automatic control systems are widely used in industries such as cement, chemical, coking, feed, power generation, calcium oxide, and waste disposal that require automatic metering and control, becoming the main means of improving labor productivity.

The industrial automatic measurement and control system mainly consists of signal detection and transmission units (sensors, signal transmitters), signal processing units (industrial computers, PLCs, instruments, touch screens, etc.), control units (frequency converters, AC contactors, thyristor power supplies, etc.), and mechanical parts.

Sensors convert changes in on-site conditions (weight, flow rate, temperature, etc.) into electrical signal changes, which are then converted into standard 0-5V or 4-20mA signals by signal transmitters and uploaded to the signal processing unit. The signal processing unit integrates and outputs control signals to the control unit, which controls the actions of on-site mechanical equipment, such as changing the motor speed, changing the amplitude of the vibration machine, or opening and closing valves, to achieve the target requirements of on-site conditions.

Common mechanical equipment includes electronic belt scales, quantitative feeders, measuring bins, measuring cutters, steady flow feeding cutters, electromagnetic vibration feeders, etc.
